Applicants requiring a reasonable accommodation due to the inability to apply during the open enrollment period should contact the Dedham Housing Authority to request a Reasonable Accommodation form by calling 781-326-3543. Cases will be reviewed on an independent basis and does not guarantee callers an opportunity to apply.
Submission of an application provides an opportunity for applicants to join the PBV waiting list. Submission of an application does not guarantee that the applicants will be selected for the PBV List as it is a selection process. All applicants will be contacted by email and/or by phone SMS text message notifying if you have been selected.
