You must apply online and set up a new account: (accounts may be set up prior to waitlist opening, however applications can not be submitted until the waitlist is open)

  • Review the waiting list information and click the “Apply Now” link on this page.
  • Sign in or set up a new account on AffordableHousing.com
  • Verify your email address and phone number
  • Complete your application and submit it before 5 p.m. on June 18, 2024.

Once the waiting list closes eligible applicants will receive a notification by email of their lottery number and will be placed on the waiting list in a randomized order. Applicants will be notified 30 days after the closing of the list.

Reasonable Accommodation

Applicants requiring a reasonable accommodation due to the inability to apply during the open enrollment period should contact HCVsupport@dbhaonline.org or call (954) 428-0678 and leave a message to request a Reasonable Accommodation form by June 18, 2024. Cases will be reviewed on an independent basis and does not guarantee an opportunity to apply. At the conclusion of the reasonable accommodation period, all applications will be randomly selected resulting in 500 applicants on the St Joseph Manor II Waiting List.
