Manage Applications Filters Tools – Release Date: 10/18/2022
Filtering tools in Manage Applications will be modified for easier use, to add space for applicant information on your screen, and to allow the addition of more filtering tools (to be released later). Please note, all filtering capabilities remain the same, the options for filtering have moved to the top of your screen in the desktop version of the website instead of on the left side of your screen. Additional enhancements to filtering tools will be released later.
Select Applications Functionality – Release Date: 07/27/2022
Type the number of applications you would like to select instead of checking each application or selecting all per page.
Bulk Action Functions Operating in the Background –Release Date: 07/27/2022
New messages will appear when bulk action features are used. This enables users to perform other functions in RevoList while waiting for a bulk action item to perform. Once the action is complete, another message will appear.
Locality Preference by State, City, and Zip Code –Release Date: 07/27/2022
When choosing a locality used in ranking a waiting list (Live Local, Work Local, or School Local), users are now able to specify which city/town AND associated zip code will be used to determine locality (local residency). Previously, zip codes that covered multiple cities could not be narrowed downto specific cities only.

· Removed “Are you a US Citizen” question from being required
· Only required fields for an HA user are name and SSN questions
· Removed the “*” asterisk for fields for an HA user when editing an application

Manage Applications: Conditions column should only show the conditions related to most recent Official Record
· The conditions column has been updated to be based on the most recent OR and not the most current waitlist version. This ensures condition column is not wrongly represented when a change to a waitlist is done and the waitlist has yet to be evaluated by the official record.

Export on Manage Applications is referencing previous versions of Waiting List. The bulk export was changed to only export the conditions related to the most recent official record. The conditions shown in the application grid are the only conditions that get exported.
BUG 87523 – Release Date: 10/18/2022
Conditions: "One Household Member" is not exporting properly.
We fixed an issue with exporting this condition related to how the scope was being used during export.
