The Section 8 Housing Voucher Program wait list remains closed.

You must apply online and set up a new account: (accounts may be set up prior to waitlist opening, however applications can not be submitted until the waitlist is open)
Once the wait list closes, eligible applicants will receive a notification by email of their lottery number and will be placed on the LHA wait list in a randomized order. Applicants will be notified within 30 days after the closing of the list if they are added to the wait lists.
Reasonable Accommodations
Applicants requiring a reasonable accommodation due to the inability to apply during the open enrollment period or any other accessibility accommodation should contact frontdesk@livermoreha.org or call (925) 447-3600 and leave a message to request a Reasonable Accommodation form by April 9, 2025. Cases will be reviewed on an independent basis and does not guarantee an opportunity to apply. At the conclusion of the reasonable accommodation period, all applications will be randomly selected resulting in the applicants on the wait list for each property
